Packing: 4 pieces in each box (7 x 10 cm) Indication: For temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints stiffness around the neck and shoulders associated with simple backaches, strains, bruises and sprains. Directions: Adults & Children 12 years of age and older: Clean and dry the affected area. Remove from backing plastic and apply to the affected area not more than 3-4 times daily. Avoid hairy surface of skin, highly adhesive plaster may hurt skin upon removal.
